Munawar Faruqui tried to bring humour out of Justin Bieber’s paralysis and netizens were embarrassed – their reaction

Munawar Faruqui has been in the news ever since he won Kangana Ranaut’s show, Lock Upp. The comedian, who was expected to be part of another show – Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi, has left fans curious about what is he up to these days. Recently, Munawar tried to bring humour out of Justin Bieber’s paralysis which has left the netizens embarrassed.

Munawar’s own fans expressed embarrassment on seeing his tweet which was banking on Justin’s serious condition. Of course, the others were equally furious.

The comedian tweeted, “Dear Justin Bieber, I can totally understand. Even here in India right side not working properly.”

The tweet was obviously not in good taste and that is what netizens picked up on instantly. Munawar hitting back at the right wing did not go down well with a few but more than that, they were upset that he used someone’s medical condition to make a joke.

One user pointed out how Munawar’s father himself was paralyzed and on death bed for a decade. The other reminded the comedian about the Oscars, where Will Smith slapped Chris Rock for mocking his wife’s medical condition.

Munawar is currently busy doing stand-up comedy. He was last seen in the music video titled Halki Si Barsaat. The single starred him and his girlfriend Nazila, which is their first music video together. The clip is even more special because it is their first ever since they made their relationship official.

The comedian was supposed to be a part of Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 but has still not joined the shoot and so, now there are various speculations on whether Munawar will actually be a part of the show or not. The reality show is set to premiere in August on TV.
