Murmur OTT release date: When and where to watch latest Tamil found footage horror film

Tamil horror film Murmur, which released this year, will be available to stream on Lionsgate Play from April 17 onwards. It is a found footage horror film, which is written and directed by Hemnath Narayanan and released in theatres on March 7. Following its theatrical run, Murmur will be making its OTT debut very soon.

Murmur OTT release date:

Murmur, the recently released Tamil horror film, will premiere on Lionsgate Play and OTTplay Premium on April 17. The film revolves around a group of adventurous YouTubers who go into a cursed forest to capture footage of the elusive "Seven Saptha Kannigal" and a vengeful spirit. However, their little trip turns upside down, with horror unleashed on them.

The film is written and directed by filmmaker Hemnath Narayanan and stars a cast comprising of Richie Kapoor, Devaraj Arumugam, and Suganya Shanmugam, among others, in important roles. Produced by Prabakaran under SPK Pictures Private Limited in association with Stand Alone Pictures International, the technical crew of Murmur consists of a camera cranked by cinematographer Jason Williams and Rohith handling the edits. Murmur opened to mixed reviews at the time of its theatrical release.
