When asked how the dragon character will impact Priyanka Chahar Choudhary’s naagin avatar, Kanika shared that the fearless antagonist is set to bring a stromy twist in the story, however, she cannot reveal much about the character as of now. “Dragon kaisi hai aur uski (Naagin) life mein kya bhoochaal laayegi, to woh main yeh bahut zyada nahi bata paaungi. Lekin dragon kya bhoochaal la raha hai, woh hum episodes mein dekh rahe hain. The people are connected to dragon since day one,” Kanika told the news portal.

Kanika Mann has officially taken the command as the supernatural entity of the dragon where she plays the antagonist and is expected to fight against the titular shape-shifting serpent. “Ab woh dragon kaise bani? Uske peeche ek bahut interesting journey hai. Main to usi pe sign karke aayi. Mujhe laga, wow, yeh ek journey apne aap mein bahut khoobsurat journey hai,” Kanika added.

The actress further shared that she was drawn to play the character because of the backstory that adds a depth to both the character and the story with its emotional weight.

“Main sach bataaun, mujhe to bura lagta hai seedha yeh dragon ke baare mein baat karna. Kyunki uske alawa, this character has so much to play, so much to show in terms of emotions. Bahut multilayered character hai. Aap dekhoge to bahut depth hai iske character mein,” Kanika added.
