Kartik Aaryan is all set to be seen in Karan Johar's film, Naagzilla. The film was officially announced today, April 22. Kartik, who is also gearing up for another Dharma Productions film, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, will be seen in the creature comedy film, Naagzilla. The makers revealed a captivating motion poster along with the release date.
Kartik Aaryan's Naagzilla to release in 2026
On April 22, Karan Johar took to his Instagram account and shared the first motion poster of his upcoming film, Naagzilla, starring Kartik Aaryan. The film will hit theaters on August 14, 2026.
In the poster, Kartik can be seen in the middle of several snakes while his body is also transforming into the creature. Lastly, a snake appears on the screen, hinting at a captivating plot for the film.

Sharing the details, KJo captioned it, "Insanon wali picharein toh bahut dekh li, ab dekho naagon wali pichchar! #Naagzilla - Naag lok ka pehla kaand... Funnn phailaane aa raha hai - Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand…Naag Panchami par aapke nazdeeki Sssssinemas mein - 14 August 2026 ko."

As per Box Office Worldwide, Kartik Aaryan will fight with a snake and also will be playing a snake man himself.
A source told, “The actor and director have displayed their command over comedy in their respective projects, and with the movie, they will venture into the relatively unexplored space of creature comedy. Hindi television has famously tackled the theme of Naagin. Now, it will be interesting to see the subject, which was popular in Hindi films in the 1980s, returning to the silver screen.” The film is produced by Karan Johar and Mahaveer Jain.

Kartik will also be seen in another Dharma Productions film, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. Directed by Sameer Vidhwans, the film is set to hit theatres on February 13, 2026. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Bhumika Tewari, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora.
Meanwhile, Kartik is also gearing up for Anurag Basu's directorial alongside Sreeleela. The movie, previously known as Aashiqui 3, is now untitled, and fans are waiting for the new title to be announced.
