RRR has made India proud as Naatu Naatu won the best original at the Oscars in 2023. The entire country is high on this award and congratulatory messages are pouring in from all quarters. Both Keeravani and Chandrabose won the award for the song and they spoke in a special way on stage and won the hearts of many.

Now, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has posted a tweet where he lauds the team in a very heartwarming manner. "The #Telugu flag is flying higher! I’m filled with pride on a Telugu song, that so beautifully celebrates our folk heritage, being given its due recognition internationally today." he posted.

On the other hand, the Telalanga minister and CM KCR's son KTR also posted rich tributes to the winners of the awards. "I join a Billion Indians in celebrating the Honour for Naatu Naatu and RRR. Kudos to @mmkeeravaani Garu and @boselyricist Garu on making History The man of the moment, a brilliant storyteller who has made India proud @ssrajamouli Garu

KTR also wished Many congratulations to the team of #TheElephantWhisperers a brilliant and heartwarming documentary on winning the Oscar. India is shining bright and this is the first time that two Indian films have won big awards at the Oscars. The entire nation is beaming with joy and the wishes have just started to go crazy. All this credit should go to Rajamouli for taking Telugu cinema to the next level.
