Nadaaniyan is out on Netflix and fans are extremely shattered after noticing one major detail - that Apoorva Mukhija aka The Rebel Kid's social media distancing. She has gone missing from social media and promotions after being mired into India's Got Latent controversy. Various netizens even pointed out how Apoorva acted better than Khushi Kapoor.

Apoorva Mukhija, better known by her alias The Rebel Kid, has gone missing from social media ever since the India's Got Latent controversy unfolded. Her last Instagram post was the very video from the episode in which she thanked Ashish Chanchlani. The post is from February 9.

Netflix did not promote Apoorva either since the controversy. She missed the trailer launch and all promotional events of Nadaaniyan despite the movie being her debut just as much as Ibrahim Ali Khan's.

Many commented that The Rebel Kid performed better than even Khushi Kapoor in the movie. For the uninitiated, Nadaniyaan is mostly being bashed over poor performances by the lead actors. Apoorva, on the other hand, is being praised for her debut. Many even believe that Apoorva deserves an apology for being ignored.

Nadaniyaan is the story of lovers who come from completely different worlds. A boy from Noida falls for a South Delhi girl. They are each other's first love, and thus, it is supposed to be an innocent love story but many are not able to connect to the story either.

As for Apoorva Mukhija's role in the India's Got Latent controversy, she was a guest on the episode where Ranveer Allahbadia passed the controversial comment. Apoorva visited the NCW office on Thursday, March 6 and submitted a written apology. The Rebel Kid has refrained from making any comments in the media when it comes to the case.
