Naga Chaitanya's Custody: Venkat Prabhu opens up on the film's sequel

With just days away from the release of Custody, Naga Chaitanya is busy promoting the film all over. He is giving a lot of interviews and has made some interesting statements which have now gone viral on social media. Well, now the director, Venkat Prabhu has made news and it sounds quite interesting.

When asked about Custody having a sequel, Venkat Prabhu said that the film will indeed have a sequel and he has left the film with a line that can be developed into a sequel. Custody is Naga Chaitanya's costliest film to date and he too has pinned a lot of hopes on it. He plays a police constable in the film.

Krithi Shetty plays the female lead in this film and she too needs a big hit under her belt as she has given only flops in recent times. Venkat Prabhu is known for his action dramas and he has designed a solid character for Naga Chaitanya in this film which is also his Tamil debut.

Custody is a cop drama and the promos have caught on quite well. Chay has time and again spoken about doing a Tamil film and now that Venkat Prabhu has directed him, Chay says he wants to work with more directors in Tamil cinema in the days to come.
