Naga Shaurya, who was seen in the romantic comedy Krishna Vrinda Vihari recently, is back in the news for another release, Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, a film helmed by Srinivas Avasarala. Produced under People Media Factory and Dasari Productions, the film is gearing up for its theatrical release soon. Ahead of the release, its teaser was launched on Thursday.

At the teaser launch, Naga Shaurya said, “I first met Srinivas Avasarala in 2013. This is his third film as a director and also his third with me. Interestingly, it’s also my 23rd project as an actor. I entered the industry because of him. Audiences loved Jyo Achyutananda, Oohalu Gusagusalade and I’m confident they’ll adore Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi too.”

“Both of us respect each other, share the same passion for the medium.I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to make a film like Srinivas Avasarala. Even if this film is remade in another language later, I can challenge them they can’t make it like him. There are some films where you find happiness within box office numbers but this is a film that I’m proud to be a part of. I don’t think I can do a better film than Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi,” he added.

When it was challenging to shoot for a long time abroad, Naga Shaurya stated that their editor Kiran Ganti’s motivation helped them give their best.” The cinematographer Sunil made good use of natural locations and it contributed to the film’s aesthetics. I have deep respect for Malvika as an actress and I’m very conscious around her; she has the potential to dominate me as well.”

The Chalo star thanked Kalyani Malik for giving him chartbusters film after film. This is also the actor’s second film with Malvika Nair after Kalyana Vaibhogame, directed by Nandini Reddy. The actress also shared screenspace alongside Srinivas Avasarala for Naga Chaitanya’s Thank You in 2022.
