Lakshya, much on the lines of the recently released Seetimaarr, is a sports drama packaged as a commercial entertainer, for which Naga Shaurya has undergone immense physical transformation and will be seen in a chiselled, toned avatar sporting six-pack abs. This is the actor's 20th film in his career. The teaser of Lakshya was released a few months ago and hinted at an enjoyable fare with a dash of sports, romance, action and emotions. The film has music by Kaala Bhairava, is cinematographed by Raam Reddy and edited by Junaid.
Srujanamani has penned the dialogues and Sharmela Yalisetty is the art director of Lakshya. Sachin Khedekar plays a supporting role in the same. The streaming rights of Lakshya have been bagged by aha. The film's female lead Ketika Sharma is also awaiting the release of Romantic, with Akash Puri in the lead on November 4 and has been paired opposite Panja Vaisshnav Tej in an untitled family entertainer. Naga Shaurya's last theatrical release was in 2020, the revenge drama Aswathama.
