Nagarjuna ropes in happening Telugu actor for a key role in his upcoming film with Prasanna

Nagarjuna was last seen in 'The Ghost' which failed at the Tollywood box office. His TV show, Bigg Boss 6 also got a mixed response as the ratings of the show were quite low.  As per the news, he is busy giving finishing touches to his latest Telugu film which will be directed by noted writer Prasanna Kumar.

We have now come to know from our sources that young hero Raj Tharun will be playing a key role in this film. The makers are holding talks with him and the young actor has formally given a nod. The film is a period drama and director Prasanna is busy making changes to the final script now.

Raj Tharun has done many films as a hero and he doing a key role in Nag's film shows how important this film is going to be in his career. Sometime back, there was news that Nag was remaking a Malayalam hit in Telugu but things have changed as this film will be made on an experimental note and on a low budget.

Nagaruna himself produces on his Annapurna Studios banner. Director Prasanna Kumar has written scripts for films like Nani's Nenu Local and Ravi Teja's Dhamaka which made over 100 crores at the box office. Now, he has bagged the chance of directing Nagarjuna and only time will tell as to how he will utilize this opportunity.
