Who is Nagumo?

Nagumo is Sakamoto's friend from when they were in the mafia. His mind is unreadable and he is a habitual liar. But when it comes to making a kill, Sakamoto and Nagumo are at the same level, well, almost. That is what makes the anime a fun watch.
