HIT 3 will be bigger and brutal than HIT 1 & 2 combined says director Sailesh Kolanu

Nani is on top of his game with back-to-back hits under his belt. Things have gone to the next level as his new film, HIT 3, is releasing in a record number of screens—the highest ever in his career. There is a solid buzz around the film, and the Jersey actor is aggressively promoting it all over.
Sailesn Kolanu on HIT 3
In one of his interviews, director Sailesh Kolanu was asked whether audiences who did not watch HIT 1 and 2 could still enjoy the third part. Sailesh didn’t shy away and said, “The third part is fresh, and it is just another cop drama in this franchise. The third part is bigger and better than the first two instalments.”
Sailesh Kolanu, who last made the flop film Saindhav with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam star Venkatesh, also adds that HIT 3 is far superior in terms of technique, production values, and amazing performances.
We at OTTplay have already reported that HIT 3 features a cameo by Adivi Sesh of Kshanam fame. He played the lead in the second part and has a crazy role in this Nani starrer. HIT 3 has also been produced by Nani on a budget of ₹60 crore. The pre-release business has already been locked, with OTT rights fetching a solid ₹50 crore.

As the film has been sold for exorbitant prices, HIT 3 needs to make ₹35 crore at the box office to be in the safe zone. Srinidhi Shetty of KGF fame plays the female lead, and she is actively taking part in the film's promotions. She has an important role, and sources say that it’s because of her character that the actual conflict erupts in the story.
Nani is showcased as Arjun Sarkaar, playing a brutal cop for the first time in his career. The film is all set to take a record opening on May 1, 2025, and trade analysts are expecting big numbers if word of mouth is positive.
For now, director Sailesh has upped the hype by saying that HIT 3 will leave your adrenaline rush pumping with his strong words. You can stream the film on Netflix after its theatrical release.
