Nani unveils the first glimpse of former Bigg Boss contestant Syed Sohel Ryan’s film Mr Pregnant

Former Bigg Boss Telugu contestant and actor Syed Sohel Ryan, who was seen in brief roles in films like Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Janatha Garage, Sarrainodu and Eureka recently, will headline a film titled Mr Pregnant next. In the past, he had expressed his wish to be the 'Ayushmann Khurrana' of Telugu cinema and looks like he took the label a little too seriously. Directed by first-time filmmaker Vinjanampati Srinivas, Mr Pregnant is being bankrolled by Annappareddy Appi Reddy and Ravireddy Sajjala under Mic Movies. The film's title, first look were unveiled by actor Nani on Sunday.

"Wishing the team of #MrPregnant all the very best. Here’s the glimpse," Nani shared. The glimpse is super-interesting with Sohel fighting a bunch of goons on a night, asking if a confrontation was necessary at this hour and claims he's pregnant. The actor adds in a mysterious tone, "Welcome to the new world, my baby!" Mr Pregnant has already caught the fascination of many with its unusual title and got many wondering how could Sohel play the role of a pregnant man.

Roopa Koduvayur, Suhasini Maniratnam, Ali, Brahmaji and Raja Raveendra, Harsha Chemudu are cast in key roles in the film. The makers assure that Sohel's character will genuinely truly strike a chord with audiences. The film is a full-on entertainer targeted at kids and family audiences and the producers are aiming for a theatrical release as of now. Mr Pregnant's shoot is nearly done. The team will commence post-production formalities shortly. Nizar Shafi is the cinematographer of the film that has music by Shravan Bharadwaj and is edited by Prawin Pudi. Gandhi Nadikudikar has been roped in as the art director.
