Narcos actor and performer Adan Carlos, who has starred in projects like Narcos and The Cleaning Lady, dies at 42 after a private and long struggle with appendiceal cancer.

Adan Canto, the enigmatic and young actor who acted in The Following, The Cleaning Lady, and Narcos, among many others is no more. The young actor passed away after a private battle with appendiceal cancer.
A statement was released by Warner Bros Studio, as well as Fox Entertainment to The Hollywood Reporter, that traced the heartbreak his close ones experienced, who knew him personally for the brilliant person and dedicated performer he was, since his United States debut in The Following.
The actor had, most recently, lit the screen on The Cleaning Lady, with his powerful performance as well as his ‘artistry, range, depth, and vulnerability.’ Canto is survived by his wife Stephanie as well as his children Roman Alder, aged 3, and Eve Josephine, aged 1.
Canto was missed by many fans, for his spectacular performances on The Following, Designated Survivor, Narcos, as well as the Fox drama The Cleaning Lady, on which he performed till his death. The actor played Arman, a mobster, on The Cleaning Lady, though he was unable to return for the third season of the show, due to his carcinogenic health complications.
Adan Canto, who made his acting debut with The Following on the American TV, in 2013, and soon never had to look back with his casting as Sunspot in X-Men: Days of Future Past. Though the Mexican actor chose and did his films, carefully, he did not overdo his deal, and kept to acting firmly, despite his short film directorial debut in 2014 with Before Tomorrow.

A lesser-known fact about Canto is his early introduction to traditional boleros and mariachi music from a tender age, that influenced his decision to be a musician with Studio M, before he finally turned to acting, and eventually the stage.
Born in Mexico and raised in Texas, the young musician turned actor was prepared to struggle and carve his own niche in Hollywood, as an outsider, which he successfully did in his short life span.
