Narasimha Nandi, the filmmaker who shot to fame with 1940 Lo Oka Gramam, Jaathiya Rahadari and Kamalatho Naa Prayanam, is returning to action with Ammayilu Ardham Karu. Allam Srikanth, Prashanth, Kamal, Miravali, Sai Divya, Swathi, Priyanka and Sravani play key roles in the film produced by Nandireddy Vijaya Lakshmi Reddy, Karra Venkata Subbayya under Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Cinema. The film's shoot has been wrapped already and the post-production is progressing at a brisk pace, say the makers.
The trailer launch was held earlier this week and the event was graced by the likes of director-producer Thammareddy Bharadwaja, producers Prasanna Kumar and Medikonda Venkata Murali Krishna. "Based on real incidents, I've tried to paint a believable portrait of middle-class life through four love stories. Why will their lives change beyond repair and what would they do to come out of it? This forms the film's crux. Middle-class existence is nothing less than Mahabharata," the director shared.
Ammayilu Ardham Karu has its pivotal characters talking the Chitoor/Tirupathi slang and the lead actors claimed to have taken a lot of effort to get their lines/dialect right. Thammareddy called Narasimha Nandi a tasteful filmmaker and hoped that the drama would be a money-spinner at theatres. Baladitya, VN Aditya and Veera Shankar were among other attendees at the event. Kolakaluri Ravi Babu, Murali, Gagan, Veerabhadram, Mallesh, Shankar Mahanti essay important roles in the film as well.
With songs by Narasimha Nandi himself, the film's background music is scored by Roni Adams. Mounasri Mallik, Kamal Vihas, Pranav are the lyricists. Eeshe Abburi has cranked the camera for the same.
