Naveen Kasturia, who would be seen as the main lead in the upcoming series, Salakaar, has revealed to OTTplay in his exclusive interview about how he got married in the middle of shooting for the web series. The actor, who got married to his girlfriend Shubhanjali Sharma in December 2024, was actually in the middle of the shoot and had to rush back to the sets immediately after the rituals were over. He confirmed the same to us.

During his exclusive conversation with OTTplay, Naveen Kasturia shared that he actually got married in the middle of the Salakaar shoot. He shared, "When shooting, you tend to focus on work. Meri toh shaadi bhi Salakaar ke shoot ke beech mein hui hai. If you see the pictures also, you'll notice how I have the same moustache as I do in Salakaar during my wedding."

Naveen Kasturia took a short break from Salakaar to get married and went back on Salakaar sets immediately after
In fact, Naveen Kasturia revealed that the shoot did not end even after he got married. The actor had to take a short break from work, get married and go back on sets. He confirmed the same by stating, "I was in the middle of the shoot. Uske beech mein maine aakar shaadi kari. After that, I went back to shoot. It was like that."

"During the shoot, it was a little hectic. It is actually a given, that it would be hectic," the actor mentioned, further adding how he feels blessed to find a friend and partner in his wife who understands how demanding his job is.
"Since we share a friendship and partnership, she understands what my profession demands," he mentions, adding that when not shooting, his full attention is on his wife. "At the same time, when you're not shooting, you have a lot of time at hand. That is when you are living the life of a retired person," Kasturia confirms.
