Post the success of Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, Anil Ravipudi bagged the golden opportunity to direct none other than Chiranjeevi. The film was announced with a lot of fanfare and will be produced by Sahu Garapati and Chiranjeevi's daughter, Sushmita Konidela.
