Nayanthara visits theatre for Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal promotions; sends fans into a frenzy

Lady Superstar Nayanthara recently visited a theatre in Chennai as part of the promotions of her latest release, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The film, directed by her beau, director Vignesh Shivan has Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha in the lead. Since it was a suprise visit, fans gathered there went into a frenzy when they saw their favourite actress walking inside the theatre. 

Taking to his social media handle, Vignesh Shivan said that the duo wanted to experience the vibe in theatres and hence, decided to pay a visit. He wrote,"With my Kanmani 😍❤️😌😌 #KaathuVaakulaRenduKaadhal theatre visit 😌❤️😇 Jus wanted to enjoy and experience the theatre Vibe ! In the meantime, Samantha, who is on a holiday in Kashmir, sent out a video message thanking her fans for all the love and appreciation showered on her and her character Khatija in the film. She said, "Thank you, guys for the overwhelming response for Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. It means the world to me. I wish I was there to see all you guys enjoy the film, but the response and all of your messages and the tweets mean the world to me. Thank you so much." 

Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal is a romantic comedy that revolves around a guy who is in love with two women at the same time. The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander. While the cinematography is by Vijay Kartik Kannan, editing is by Sreekar Prasad. This is Vignesh Shivan's fourth directorial venture after Podaa Podi, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and Thaana Serndha Koottam. He had also directed Love Panna Uttarnam, an anthology segment in Paava Kadhaigal. Interestingly, Vignesh Shivan's last directorial with Nayanthara, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, also had Vijay Sethupathi in the lead and had music by Anirudh.
