NBK108: Balakrishna shooting his intro scenes for the Anil Ravipudi biggie

Nandamuri Balakrishna is super high with the success of his last film Veera Simha Reddy directed by Gopichand Malineni. The action drama is Balakrishna's first ever film that crossed the 100 crores share at the worldwide box office. High with energy, he is now shooting for his new film in the direction of Anil Ravipudi.

Well, we have now come to know that Balakrishna is shooting for a jail sequence for the film. We have exclusively come to know that director Anil Ravipudi is shooting Balayya's intro scenes in a specially erected set in the Lingampally area of Hyderabad. Balakrishna takes on the jailer and mouths powerful dialogues. These scenes are being canned as we write this.

Balakrishna will be seen in three different looks in this film which has Sreeleela playing his daughter in the film. Anil Ravipudi will showcase Balakrishna as a 75 year old man in one of the looks in the film. Kajal has been roped in to romance Balakrishna for the first time in his career.

Anil Ravipudi is known to make comedy films and for the first time in his career, he is handling a big star like Balakrishna and he said in all his interviews that his film is a serious action drama which will not have any over the top action elements like those in Balayya's previous films. Thaman is scoring music for this film which will be during Sankranthi 2024.
