Neeyat: Ram Kapoor's spoiler alert!

After the success of his last web series, Jubilee, actor Ram Kapoor will next be seen in the film Neeyat, which also stars Vidya Balan, Rahul Bose, Neeraj Kabi, Amrita Puri, Shahana Goswami, Niki Walia, Dipannita Sharma, Shashank Arora, Prajakta Koli, and Danesh Razvi.

The story of the film revolves around the glittering world of millionaire Ashish Kapoor, played by Ram Kapoor, and his intimate circle of family and friends, all of whom are entangled in a web of secrets. In this classic whodunit, Detective Mira Rao (Vidya Balan) is tasked with solving the mysterious murder of Ashish Kapoor at his own birthday party.

Speaking about Ashish, Ram said, "Well, I could share the details of my character, but I will get into trouble because my producer is sitting right behind me and my director is sitting next to me. We all signed a contract that states that we cannot talk about our characters. But what I can say is that it is a fantastic character that everyone will like, because it was a lot of fun for me to play him. Certain characters are serious, and some of them are fun. This was my most fun character. I cannot disclose anything more about Ashish."

Neeyat is directed by Anu Menon and produced by Vikram Malhotra. It will release in theatres on July 7.
