PremiumNET trailer: Cybercrime thriller taps into the fear of audience of being under scanner constantly
Directed by Bhargav Macharla, the ZEE5 original cybercrime thriller stars Avika Gor and Rahul Ramakrishna

ZEE5 has released the official trailer for its original film titled NET. Starring Rahul Ramakrishna and Avika Gor in lead roles, the film is ready for an OTT release on the popular streaming platform.
NET is a modern day story that deals with online spying with the use of electrical equipment and cameras. The trailer for the film reveals Laxman, a middle class married man who is spying on Priya, a young woman. He uses a hidden camera to peep into the life of the woman. Laxman is soon obsessed with Priya and the visuals of her house that he can access through his smartphone. How this obsession affects his life and the events that follow make up the story of the film.
The film looks to be a surveillance thriller that puts forth a variety of emotions like anger, frustration, fear, lust, hate and a lot more through its complex characters in a tightly-knit film. NET will look to tap into the fear of the audience by letting them know that we are constantly under the scanner in today’s fast moving world of technology.
“This is the biggest concern of our times. The internet is full of good and bad people. Life can turn upside down in no time if we are subjected to cyberbullying. There are various levels and kinds of cyberbullying and spying,” said Avika Gor on her role as Priya to Telangana Today.
Bankrolled by Rahul Tamada and Saideep Reddy Borra, the thriller is directed by Bhargav Macharla. NET has music composed by Naresh Kumaran while Abhiraj Nair is the cinematographer. NET will premiere on ZEE5 on September 10.
