Netizens troll Bhumi Pednekar's look for Rakul Preet Singh-Jackky Bhagnani wedding, say ‘Aye Raju mera chashma kidhar hai re’

Bhumi Pednekar shared her look from Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani’s wedding. Little would have the actress expected but she got trolled soon after. Co-incidentally, it was for her outfit for the wedding itself. Netizens could not understand where Bhumi’s salwar was and questioned her about the same.

Bhumi’s look

Bhumi had donned a kaftan gown which had a deep neck and thigh-high slit. That is exactly what the netizens could not understand, that why did Bhumi slaughter an Indian ethnic wear. The sleeves on the gown were just as flowy. The actress paired it up with emerald necklace, a choker, varied finger rings, a ruby and diamond bracelet and medium-sized earrings. She kept a clean makeup look with her lips stealing the limelight by matching the shade of the kaftan. For the special occasion, Bhumi left her hair in a bun with hair locks out on the side. She completed her look with a silver jutti with golden anklet.

Netizens’ reaction

The internet users, as one can expect, had a hilarious reaction on the same. They kept questioning where is her salwar. One even asked where is Bhumi’s pyjama. Taking the Hera Pheri example, a user wrote, “Aye Raju mera chashma kidhar hai re,” because this user could not see Bhumi's salwar. Of course, the reference was to Hera Pheri’s Babu bhaiya (played by Paresh Rawal), talking to Akshay Kumar’s Raju in the film.

Rakul-Jackky wedding

Rakul Preet Singh got married to Jackky Bhagnani in Goa on February 21. The couple had a two-day affair which included haldi ceremony, sangeet night, phoolon ki chaddar and of course, their saat phere. Rakul had shared videos and photos from her big day which instantly went viral. More recently, she shared photos from her haldi ceremony, which, once again, is winning the internet.
