Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar recently got married to his ladylove Priya Banerjee. The couple tied the knot on Valentine's Day (February 14) in an intimate ceremony. Their wedding took place at Prateik's mom Smita Patil's Bandra residence. Days after their wedding, Priya shared a new set of unseen pictures from the special day. Actress Pooja Hegde, comedian Vir Das, and several others were present for Prateik-Priya's intimate wedding ceremony.

Priya Banerjee dropped unseen photos with Prateik Babbar from their wedding day on Instagram. The pictures highlighted the couple's joyous moments with their friends and family members. While sharing the pictures, Priya captioned her IG post: "Surrounded by love priyaKAprateik (sic)." Before Priya, Prateik was married to Sanya Sagar. Their marriage lasted for a brief period and the duo got divorced in 2023.
Priya Banerjee on Raj Babbar's absence
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Priya Banerjee broke the silence on Raj Babbar's (Prateik's father) absence from the wedding celebrations. "There was absolutely no family member who was missing from the wedding or our celebrations. I don't know why there are rumours that "family members" were absent. Our families were there including my parents, his aunts who raised him, his nana-nani, and everyone who mattered and is family was with us," said Priya.
For those unaware, Prateik's half-brother Arya Babbar claimed that the Babbars weren't invited for the actor's wedding. However, the actor has not revealed why he didn't invite his father Raj for his special day. As far as his work front is concerned, the actor will next be seen in AR Murugadoss' Sikandar. The movie, starring Salman Khan in the lead role, will hit the big screen on Eid 2025.
