The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Night Riders, have unveiled its second poster. It has shown Mathew Thomas, the film's lead actor, in a resilient role that differs greatly from his previous roles. According to reports, the movie will soon be released on big screen.

Night Riders to have a theatrical release soon?

The renowned editor Noufal Abdullah's directorial debut, Night Riders, is anticipated to open in theatres in August. He is well known for the Malayalam box office hits Anuraga Karikkin Vellam, Kettiyolaanu Ente Malakha, and The Great Father. A trailer and confirmed release date is anticipated from the makers soon.

According to reports, the film, which has been billed as an entertaining horror comedy, would be released in theatres in different languages- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, apart from Malayalam. Jyothish M and Sunu A V, who wrote the script of Pranaya Vilasam, are the writers of Night Riders.

Meenakshi Unnikrishnan, who gained recognition for her role in Vaazha, will play the female lead in this Mathew Thomas-starrer. The film will feature supporting performances by Abu Salim, Rony David Raj, Roshan Shanavas, Sharath Sabha, Merin Philip, Sinil Zainuddin, Noushad Ali, Chaithra Praveen and Naseer Sankranti. The cinematographer is Abhilash Shankar, while the director himself has helmed the edit works of this movie. Yakson Gary Pereira and Neha S Nair have composed the film's original score and songs. Under the Ullackal Films label, Nisar Babu and Sajin Ali have bankrolled Night Riders.

The young star, who made his debut with the acclaimed film, Kumbalangi Nights, had two releases in Malayalam and one in Tamil. His movie, Bromance, which also starred Arjun Ashokan, Mahima Nambiar and Sangeeth Prathap in pivotal roles, is streaming on Sony LIV as well as OTTplay Premium. Mathew's latest flick, Lovely, is now accessible on Amazon Prime Video. He played a lead role in Dhanush's directorial, Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam.
