Nimisha Sajayan shares first look of Marathi debut HawaHawai

The current year seems to be a busy one marked with many firsts for Mollywood star Nimisha Sajayan (The Great Indian Kitchen, Nayattu, Malik). The Kerala State Award winner is set to make her Marathi debut with HawaHawai.

The first look of her character was unveiled recently by the film’s writer-director Mahesh Tilekar.

The poster features the actress in a bright blue, red and orange sari. She is seen riding a scooter, all smiles, as the sari sways behind her.

The actress also shared the poster on her Instagram, mentioning how HawaHawai is her debut Marathi project.

The upcoming film will also feature Ankit Mohan. The actor had previously announced that he had finished his final schedule back in August last year.

Tilekar also serves as a producer along with Vijay Shinde. HawaHawai is produced under the banners of Marathi Tarka Productions and 99 Productions.

The film has music composed by Pankaj Padghan. Veteran singer Asha Bhosle has sung a song for the film’s soundtrack, titled Jagnyachi Hi Maza Gehun Navyane.

HawaHawai will be released on April 1.

Meanwhile Sajayan’s debut Hindi film We Are directed by Onir, is also gearing up for a release. Her other upcoming films are Chera, Thuramukham and the British-Indian production, Footprints on Water.
