Actress Bhavana’s comeback Malayalam film Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu is all set to begin streaming soon. The movie, which is helmed by Adhil Maimoonath Asharaf, had hit theatres in February and the makers took close to three months to lock its OTT deal.
Now that the film’s OTT rights have been bought by Manorama Max, the movie is expected to begin streaming soon on the platform, which also has Mamta Mohandas and Priya Prakash Varrier’s social thriller Live and Indrans’ psychological horror-thriller Vaamanan set for release in June.
Apart from Bhavana, Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu stars Sharafudheen, Anarkali Nazar, Saniya Rafi, Shebin Benson and Ashokan in pivotal roles. The movie, which is also scripted by Adhil with additional screenplay and dialogues by Vivek Bharathan, Jai Vishnu and Sabaridas Thottingal, is a feel-good romcom aimed at the family audience.
What is the story of Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu?
Sharafudheen plays Gulf returnee Jimmy, who dreams of starting a dealership for vintage cars. He also faces pressure from his family to get married and finally decides to talk to Fida (Anarkali). He immediately falls for her. However, a chance meeting with his first love Nithya (Bhavana) gets him thinking about his relationship with Fida. What happens between the trio form the plot of the film.
The movie marked Bhavana’s comeback to Malayalam after a gap of six years. Bhavana was previously offered films with several leading directors including Aashiq Abu and Shaji Kailas.
