Odela Railway Station OTT release date: When and where to watch the thriller starring Vasishta Simha, Hebah Patel, Sai Ronak

After Highway the previous weekend, Telugu OTT platform aha is lining up the release of another Telugu original this Friday. Odela Railway Station, the crime thriller created by Sampath Nandi and directed by Ashok Teja, will be having its global OTT premiere on aha on August 26. Vasishta Simha, Hebah Patel, Sai Ronak, Pujita Ponnada play the lead roles in the film. The project is produced by KK Radhamohan under Sri Sathya Sai Arts and presented by Lakshmi Radhamohan.

Sampath Nandi has panned the story, screenplay, and dialogues for this film, while the director Ashok Teja is a debutant. While Vasishta Simha is cast in the role of Tirupati, Kumari 21F actress Hebah Patel steps into the shoes of a village woman named Radha. Sai Ronak is turning a cop for the same, a no-nonsense IPS officer Anudeep. Odela Railway Station has been in the making since 2020, wrapped its shoot in the same year but the makers have taken a long time to finalise the release medium.

Team Odela Railway Station is quite thrilled with the response received for the various promos in the last few months. The producer Radhamohan labels it a unique crime thriller based on true incidents in a village named Odela. The film has been made with a realistic approach, the makers stress. Anup Rubens has scored the music for the project while Tammiraju is the editor. Real Sathish and S Soundar Rajan are the stunt choreographer and the cinematographer respectively. 

Naga Mahesh (Rangasthalam fame), Bhupal, Sri Gagan, Divya Cyrus, Surender Reddy and Priya Hegde form the supporting cast. Incidentally, Odela is also the home-town of filmmaker Sampath Nandi and he thanked the villagers for their help during the shoot and inspiring him to introduce the beauty of the place to the world. The film was largely shot during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sampath Nandi's last release was Seeti Maarr starring Gopichand and Tamannaah.
