Office web series OTT release date: Where and when to watch premiere of new Tamil web series

Office is an upcoming web series in Tamil, which will soon premiere on Disney+ Hotstar. The streaming platform released a second promo of its much-awaited original series. It will premiere on February 21.

Office OTT release date; new promo of Disney+ Hotstar show out

After rolling out series like Uppu Puli Kaaram and Heartbeat, Disney+ Hotstar is coming with a new web series titled Office. A new promo of the show was released on social media recently. The promo begins with a woman from a neighbouring village coming to the Tahsildar's office to get a voter identity card. However, as she comes from a region that is steeped in tradition, she refuses to state her husband's name. What follows is a hilarious set of developments with the entire office struggling to find her husband's name without the woman actually stating it. Eventually, hilarity ensues when she tries to communicate the name through sign language, ending in a perfectly funny twist.

Cast and crew of Office

The upcoming comedy series is backed by Jegannath and directed by Kabeez. It will feature a series of both promising and popular actors, many of whom appeared in the Heart Beat web series. The cast includes Guru Lakshman Sabarish, Smeha, Keerthivel, Kemy, Paranthaman, Thamizvani, Sarithiran, Shiva Aravind, Prankster Raghu and TSR. The series will revolve around the day-to-day events that happen in a Tahsildar’s office that is located in a small, lovely village that is full of life. Office will begin premiering on Disney+ Hotstar from February 21 onwards.

Disney+ Hotstar has been churning out long-format content in Tamil for a while now. Series like Heart Beat, Uppu Puli Kaaram and Kana Kanum Kalangal have been released, along with some limited series like Goli Soda Rising, Parachute and Chutney Sambar.
