Official! Vishwak Sen and Sithara Entertainments to join hands for a new film

Vishwak Sen, who starred in Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam, Ori Devuda and Mukhachitram in 2022, has an interesting series of projects lined up ahead. While his directorial, Dhamki, is scheduled to hit screens this February, the long-delayed Gaami will also release in theatres in the first half of the year. The actor has given a nod to another project recently.

The Vellipomakey actor, who launched the trailer of Butta Bomma at AMB Cinemas, Hyderabad today, has confirmed a film with renowned banner Sithara Entertainments. “I was to play the lead role in Butta Bomma as well but couldn’t manage it owing to scheduling issues. We are teaming up for another project soon and you can expect an official announcement in the next 15 days,” he said.

“I really love the story of Butta Bomma and I trust audiences will like it. It’s a special feeling for any newcomer to be launched by Sithara Entertainments and Anikha Surendra, Surya Vasishtta should consider themselves lucky for debuting with such a huge banner. It was my dream to be launched like this too. My debut film was made under a budget of Rs 11 lakh and I know why this is special,” Vishwak added.

The actor was to work for actor Arjun’s directorial too, which has been put behind the backburner owing to creative differences between Vishwak and the veteran. Meanwhile, his last release Mukhachitram is expected to be out on Amazon Prime Video shortly. Das Ka Dhamki’s trailer was unveiled by actor Balakrishna a few weeks ago and Vishwak was present in the success meet of the star’s Sankranthi release Veera Simha Reddy too.

Nivetha Pethuraj, Rao Ramesh, Tharun Bhascker, Shaurya, Rati Hulji, Akshara Goud, Ajay and Aadi play other important roles in Das Ka Dhamki, also produced by Vishwak Sen under his home banner(s) Vanmaye Creations and Vishwaksen Cinemas.
