Oh My Love: When and Where to watch the rom-com starring Akshith Shashikumar & Keerthi Kalakeri

'90s superstar Shashikumar's son Akshith Shashikumar began his acting journey in 2022 with back-to-back romantic movies. While his debut came about through a Telugu film titled Seethayanam, which was dubbed and released in Kannada as Seethayana, his second outing Oh My Love released shortly after to underwhelming reviews. Critics termed the film as dated and archaic and though Akshith's performance as the lead fetched decent responses, the film failed to make any mark on the box office.

Over time, however, Oh My Love has garnered the love of the audience with the film's music winning a lot of praise. The title of the track, along with the single Enaytho Kaane, have clocked several views on YouTube. And on the back of this, the film is now finally set to make its OTT debut - as per the latest updates, Oh My Love will premiere on the A2 Movies' official YouTube channel on May 17, 2023.

Akshith Shashikumar stars in the film as the male lead with Keerthi Kalakeri playing the female lead. The rest of the cast includes Sadhu Kokila, Pavitra Lokesh, S Narayan, Dev Gill, Prithvi Raj, Sangeetha, and others. Smile Sreenu has written and directed the film which has been produced by G. Ramanjini. Charan Arjun has composed the music of Oh My Love.

Following the release and eventual box office failure of Oh My Love, Akshith Shashikumar chose to mix things up and star in a fast-paced crime thriller titled Chaos. The film, which also stars Aditi Prabhudeva, saw Akshith play the role of a medical student but despite the enterprising premise and storyline, Chaos, too, failed to yield good results at the box office.
