Oho Enthan Baby producer Vishnu Vishal: I knew I wasn’t the right fit for the lead…

The makers of the upcoming Tamil film Oho Enthan Baby had recently unveiled its interesting glimpse to audience on social media. The film is produced by actor Vishnu Vishal who will be introducing his brother Rudra in his debut. Vishnu Vishal revealed that he did not find himself suitable for the script himself at first.

Romeo Pictures and Vishnu Vishal Studioz are presenting the upcoming film Oho Enthan Baby. Starring Rudra in his acting debut, the film features Mithila Palkar of Tribhanga, and Ori Devuda fame, making her Tamil debut. Directed by filmmaker Krishnakumar Ramakumar, Oho Enthan Baby is expected to be a romantic drama.

As per the makers, the film will be a “charming coming-of-age tale” that will blend elements of romance, humour, and emotional growth. Rudra will be playing the role of an assistant director who pitches a story to actor Vishnu Vishal (playing himself). What unfolds is a heartwarming narrative that mirrors the story being told, crafted with relatable modern-day quirks and nostalgic moments.

Rudrah previously worked with 7 Aum Arivu director AR Murugadoss and managed production on films like FIR and Gatta Kusthi. Speaking on his debut, Rudra said, “Having worked behind the camera, stepping in front of it was both exciting and challenging, but my understanding of the process gave me confidence.”

Vishnu Vishal, who is producing the film after starring in a number of films Ratsasan , Neerparavai, said that Oho Enthan Baby has right ingredients in the script. “Though I knew I wasn’t the right fit for the lead, I immediately thought of Rudra. Producing his debut is a special moment for me—just like how Suriya sir supports Karthi, I hope to support Rudra’s journey through many films ahead.”

The film is set to release in theatres in July with a release date yet to be fixed. Netflix has bagged the post-theatrical rights of the film. The technical crew includes cinematographer Harish, known for his work in Demonte Colony . The editing is handled by RC Pranav and the music is composed by Jen Martin.
