Actor Santosh Shobhan has firmly established his presence in the industry with a series of high profile projects like Oka Mini Katha, Anni Manchi Sakunamule, The Baker and The Beauty and Manchi Rojulochaie. His brother Sangeeth Shobhan, following his footsteps, is getting ready to carve his niche in the digital space. Having acted in Netflix's Pitta Kathalu and aha's The Baker and the Beauty recently, he now turns a lead actor with ZEE5's next show, Oka Chinna Family Story. The show is directed by Mahesh Uppala and produced by Niharika Konidela under Pink Elephant Pictures.

Oka Chinna Family Story is a ZEE5 original set in a middle-class Telangana household, where Sangeeth Shobhan will share screen space with Simran Sharma, veteran actors Naresh, Tulasi (who play his on-screen parents). Sangeeth plays the role of an unemployed youngster named Mahesh. The story revolves around a twist in their lives, a debt amounting to Rs 25 lakh that they will have to repay at the earliest. The show is about the family's hilarious money-making journey. The feel-good teaser of the show was unveiled by actor Nani recently. "My best wishes to the team. looks fun:)," he added.

The web original is set for a release on November 19. Getup Srinu too plays a crucial role in the same. Veteran actress Tulasi hasn't got many opportunities to speak in the Telangana slang across movies/shows to date and the teaser hints that she has done a good job of it in Oka Chinna Family Story. The director Mahesh Uppala, and the producer Niharika Konidela had earlier collaborated for Madhouse, a Telugu sitcom modelled on the lines of the internationally acclaimed show Friends, that streamed on YouTube.

'Get ready to fall in love with the family,' the makers of Oka Chinna Family Story tell audiences. We'll know more about it on November 19.
