On the most recent episode of Case Toh Banta Hai on Amazon MiniTV, Karan Johar made an appearance. In the show, Karan made a reference to the fact that finding potential in actor auditions is a very uncommon occurrence. Riteish Deshmukh, who plays Janta Ka Lawyer, is seen putting pressure on Karan, just like how Karan is known for interrogating guests on his Koffee With Karan show.

Riteish questioned Karan, "Mujhe bataye ki aap jab kisi actor ko aap cast karte hai, do you just go for their good looks, good looks, and good looks (I have been informed that whenever you cast actors in your films, you simply go for their good looks)? ” In response, Karan said, “I also go for entertainment, entertainment, and entertainment. Aur kabhi kabar I also go for talent, talent, talent, magar woh kabhi milta nahi hai (And sometimes I also go for talent, but I never find it)."

In Case Toh Banta Hai, Riteish portrays a prosecutor questioning the celebrities, with actor Varun Sharma serving as the defence attorney. In addition to comedians Paritosh Tripathi, Gopal Dutt, Sanket Bhosale, and Sugandha Mishra, Kusha Kapila dons the judge's robes to decide the fate of the celebrities. A number of popular names have made appearances on the show, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and many others.

On the work front, Karan just completed the filming of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The movie's leading ladies are Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. Karan will make his directorial comeback with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. His most recent movie as a filmmaker was Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Koffee With Karan, Karan's well-known chat show, just made a comeback with Season 7, and each week, new episodes of the series are released on Disney+ Hotstar. In addition, Karan serves as one of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 10's three judges.
