Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu: Director SV Krishna Reddy’s comeback film gets a release date

Director SV Krishna Reddy, who made a name for himself in Telugu cinema for his clean comedies and impactful family dramas, is on a comeback trail. He’s returning to action with another family entertainer titled Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu. Bigg Boss Telugu fame Sohel and Mirnalini Ravi are cast as the lead pair for the film that also stars veterans Rajendra Prasad and Meena as well.

Long-time collaborator of SV Krishna Reddy in the 90s, Atchi Reddy is the presenter. Koneru Kalpana is bankrolling the film under Ammu Creations and Kalpana Chitra. While the makers of the entertainer confirmed that it would hit screens worldwide in March; they announced the release date officially today. Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu releases in theatres on March 3.

Much like his heydays, SV Krishna Reddy, besides direction, has written the story, screenplay and dialogues and composed the music for his next. The stellar lineup for the film comprises Sunil, Krishna Bhagawan, Sana, Praveen, Saptagiri, Ajay Ghosh, Raja Ravindra, Surekha Vani, Prudhvi, Chalaki Chanti and Surya. Chandrabose, Ramajogaiah Sastry and Shreemani are the lyricists for the album.

Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu has cinematography by veteran C Ram Prasad and is edited by Prawin Pudi, while Siva Sriramula is the art director. The songs in the film are choreographed by Suchitra, Prem Rakshith, Ganesh and Anee. Venkat and Real Satheesh are the action choreographers. Noted music label Saregama acquired the music rights of the entertainer.

Yamaleela 2, the sequel to his hit socio fantasy in the 1990s, was the last film that SV Krishna Reddy directed. Some of the other major hits of the filmmaker over the years include Subhalagnam, Mavichiguru, Aahwanaam, Hungama, Pellam Oorelithe, Vinodam and Egire Paavurama. He had also directed an English film titled Divorce Invitation in 2012.
