Oru Vadakan Pranaya Parvam out on OTT: Watch Sooraj Sun-Shabareesh Varma's latest film on this platform

Malayalam film, Oru Vadakkan Pranaya Parvam, is now available online to watch. The campus-based movie, which stars Sooraj Sun, Shabareesh Varma and Anjana Prakash in lead roles, is streaming on Manorama Max.

When a transfer student Sapna arrives at S.N. College in Kannur in 2012, prominent student leader JP encounters an unforeseen challenger. The main focus of the film is how this resulted in romantic conflicts and political tensions on campus.

Vijesh Chembilode directed the film along with Rishi Suresh. It had a theatrical release in May of this year. This film features Vineeth Vishwam, Jenson Alappat, Karthick Shankar, Sreekanth Vettiyar, Kunhikrishnan and Kumar Sunil in supporting parts. The soundtracks for this film was composed by Gichu Joy and Harimurali Unnikrishnan. Pramod K Pillai was the film's cinematographer, while Vijesh Chembilode wrote the screenplay.

Along with Oru Vadakan Pranaya Parvam, Aalorukkam is the other Malayalam film to make its premiere on Manorama Max. Recently, Shabareesh was a key player in Sahasam, which is currently available for streaming on OTTplay Premium and Sun NXT. Hridayam, directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, was Sooraj Sun's first feature film. He played a lead part in the Malayalam movie, Mrudhu Bhave Dhruda Kruthye.

Latest Malayalam films on OTTplay Premium

Several Malayalam films were released on digital platforms this week. Among these are Checkmate, Sahasam, and Maine Pyar Kiya. Young stars Hridhu Haroon and Preity Mukhundhan play the main characters in Maine Pyar Kiya, which is available on Lionsgate Play, Sun NXT and Amazon Prime Video. Checkmate is currently available for streaming on ZEE5. In addition to Malayalam, OTTplay Premium members can view these films online in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. 

Last week, a few other much awaited films were released online. Along with OTTplay Premium, Hridayapoorvam and Arjun Ashokan's Sumathi Valavu are available for streaming on JioHotstar and ZEE5, respectively. The same website also features recent Malayalam web series, like Kerala Crime Files 2, and Kammattam.
