Oscars2023: RRR star Ram Charan leaves for the US to prep for the biggest awards ceremony

Ram Charan has become this megastar post the release of RRR. The manner in which he is getting global recognition for his role as Ram. Even the likes of director James Cameron have appreciated his work in the film giving Ram Charan an all-time high. Well, RRR has now been nominated for the best Original Song for Naatu Naatu.

The awards will be held on the 13th of March and the team of RRR is slowly reaching the US. Rajamouli and his family are already there and yesterday, Ram Charan left for the US. He was spotted at the airport leaving in black attire as he is a Deeksha. Looks like Ram Charan's wife, Upasana, who is pregnant, has skipped the trip or she might join him later.

Both Keeravani and lyricist Chandrabose have been nominated for RRR and they too will be heading to the US soon. RRR has a bright chance of winning the award as it already won the same at the Golden Globe Awards. Some big names are also in the lineup and the competition is going to be super tough.

On the other hand, Ram Charan has taken a break from the shoot as Shankar is busy with the shooting of his new film Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan. Once he gets back, he will shoot back-to-back for his new film RC15. Kiara Advani plays the female lead in this film which has music by Thaman. Dil Raju is the producer.
