OTT Movies releasing this week: Ved, U-Turn, Scream VI and others streaming on Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar and more

Last week, the digital platforms dropped some great films for the audience including Ana de Armas and Chris Evans starrer Ghosted on Apple TV+ and the Disney+ Hotstar documentary named SUGA: Road To D-DAY among others. Meanwhile, this week the filmmakers and the OTT giants have collaborated for some exciting movies such as Scream VI on BMS Stream, the Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza starrer Ved o Disney+ Hotstar and more.

The Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza starrer romantic drama movie is the official Marathi remake of the 2019 Telugu-language romantic drama Majili, which has Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in lead roles. Ved follows the tale of a young man, who aspires to become a cricketer, while his failure in love changes his fate completely.

Dasara (Netflix)

Release Date: April 27, 2023

Dasara follows the tale of four friends in a village, who live a carefree and peaceful life, while a sudden turn of events changes their fate completely.

U-Turn (ZEE5)

Release Date: April 28, 2023

A young journalist takes up the responsibility to investigate the case of multiple mysterious road accidents on a highway and help the police officers to nab the people who are at fault. However, she finds herself in a loop after a shocking revelation. U-turn is the official Hindi remake of the 2016 Kannada movie. The ZEE5 original film stars Alaya F, Priyanshu Painyuli, Rajesh Sharma, Manu Rishi Chadha and Aashim Gulati among others.

Scream VI (BMS Stream)

Like the last five parts, Scream VI follows a killer with a Ghostface. The serial killer seeks revenge on the survivors of the Woodsboro legacy attacks in New York City. The Yler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin directorial is one of the highly anticipated horror-thriller films on OTT, which stars Jenna Ortega, Melissa Barrer, Samara Weaving and Courteney Cox among others.

Peter Pan & Wendy (Disney+ Hotstar)

Peter Pan & Wendy chronicles the tale of a young girl, who doesn't want to go to the boarding school. She suddenly meets Peter Pan and runs along with him as well as her brother and Ticker Bell to the magical world of Neverland.
