As the first week of June 2023 brings a rush of great releases across several OTT platforms, get ready for an incredible weekend of entertainment. There is a wide variety of content available to suit the preferences of every viewer, including Netflix and Disney+Hotstar, Prime Video and others. 

A lot of intriguing films are making their debuts on digital plarforms so here are a few Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and English releases that we believe you shouldn't miss.

Bloody Daddy: OTT Platform: Netflix

Prepare yourself for an explosive OTT experience with Ali Abbas Zafar's "Bloody Daddy," which will be released on June 9 of 2023. The movie, in which Shahid Kapoor plays the title role, recounts the quest of an NCB officer who is trying to free his kid from the grip of a notorious drug lord.


Avatar: The Way of Water: OTT Platform: Disney Plus Hotstar

On June 7, 2023, James Cameron's film "Avatar: The Way of Water," which transports viewers to Pandora, is scheduled for release. Following their escape from their established home, Jake Sully and his family go out on a wild adventure in the sequel to the epic film.

2018: Everyone Is A Hero: OTT Platform: SonyLIV

The May 5 theatrical premiere of the Malayalam-language drama 2018: Everyone Is A Hero will soon be available on OTT. In order to escape the tragedy, individuals from all walks of life banded together during the terrible Kerala floods of 2018. Aju Varghese, Siddique, Joy Mathew, Sudheesh, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Tovino Thomas, Indrans, Kunchacko Boban, Aparna Balamurali, Lal, Narain, Tanvi Ram, Sshivada, Kalaiyarasan, and Indrans also appear in the movie.

UP65: OTT Platform: Jio Cinema

The Hindi novel of the same name by Nikhil Sachan served as the inspiration for the film UP65. Shine Pandey, a rookie actor, plays an innocent lad who recently passed the IIT and was admitted to IIT BHU Banaras. As he embarks on a new trip, he encounters a variety of feelings and attachments, including friendship, love, obligations, and many more.

Mentoo: OTT Platform: Aha

Mentoo examines a hitherto unstudied facet of gender dynamics, highlighting the prejudice towards males in several spheres of society. Along with others, the movie stars Naresh Aditya, Brahmaji, Harsha Chemudu, and Kaushik Ghantasala. Mentoo follows a varied group of guys who band together under the hashtag #MenToo to fight for their rights and debunk conventional prejudices in a world where self-described feminists promote bias and inequality.
