OTTplay Awards 2025: Rana Daggubati bags the Best Talk Show Host for The Rana Daggbati Show

Rana Daggubati, an actor, producer, entrepreneur, and visionary, he continues to redefine entertainment with his dynamic presence. In 2024, he made a grand return to hosting with Amazon Prime's latest sensation—The Rana Daggubati Show. Rana’s ability to create an electrifying, hilarious atmosphere made The Rana Daggubati Show an undeniable success. He was honored with the Best Talk Show Host Award for 2025, at the third edition of OTTplay Award 2025, which was held in Mumbai on March 22.

Rana ventured into talk show hosting with the superhit show 'No.1 Yaari' which can be streamed on Aha and OTTplay Premium. The Rana Daggubati Show is an unscripted, refreshing take on celebrity conversations, where happening celebs engage in candid discussions about their cinematic journeys. The show reached its peak when Rana welcomed some of the most special people in his life, including his wife Miheeka and cousin Naga Chaitanya. This episode became the most-watched episode of the season.

Rana Daggubati could not make it to the event and his wife Miheeka Daggubati, was presented the award on behalf of Rana by Arjun Bijlani. At the show that was hosted by Aparshakti Khurana and Kubra Sait, Miheeka said, that the actor would like to thank the whole team. She also joked that the actor would thank her in specific. So, "Thank You," she said to herself.

The Ranaga Daggubati Show is done with its first season and can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.

OTTplay Awards 2025 also saw the who’s who of Indian OTT space turn up, celebrating the theme - “One Nation, One Award”. The Roshans, Kajol and Priya Mani were also honored at the award function, which had celebs from the film industries including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. 

OTTplay Awards 2025, co-presented by Real Juices and Kühl BLDC Fans and powered by StockGro, in association with Flipkart spoyl, DPauls.com, Amante, Propshop, Aussie Lamb and Krishii Fiber, saw the who’s who of India’s OTT universe, across languages, in attendance. The One Nation One OTT award night saw the likes of Kani Kusruti, Manoj Bajpayee, Priya Mani, Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar and many others being felicitated.
