OTTplay and JioHotstar partner to bring premium content under one roof

OTTplay Premium subscribers will now have access to JioHotstar’s complete premium content library, following a strategic content partnership between India's super OTT app OTTplay and JioHotstar.

This deal consolidates some of the most popular Indian and international shows, films, originals and live TV channels into a single platform. The move is part of OTTplay’s ongoing effort to unify top OTT content across languages and genres on a single platform.

With this partnership, OTTplay Premium users now get access to popular shows like Bigg Boss, Game of Thrones, Special Ops, Succession, The Bear, The Penguin, Suits and The Mandalorian, as well as the latest films, including The Brutalist, Snow White, Kesari: Chapter 2, and Thudarum, among many others. Premium content from HBO, Warner Bros and Peacock, includes a wide range of genres, covering everything from superhero franchises and prestige dramas to sitcoms and reality TV.

This agreement marks the entry of some of the most in-demand English-language content back into the OTTplay ecosystem, particularly titles from HBO and Peacock that had limited digital availability in India post-2023.

Over 33 OTT platforms, 18+ genres, and 10+ Indian and worldwide languages are now available to OTTplay Premium users with this upgrade. Some of the major streaming partners accessible to subscribers include Sony LIV, ZEE5, Sun NXT, Aha and more.
