Pakka Commercial: The second single from the Gopichand starrer is named after Raashi Khanna; here’s the launch date

Director Maruthi, who’s touted to join hands with Baahubali star Prabhas for a horror comedy next, has another release before he shifts his focus towards the biggie. Yes, we’re talking about his action-comedy Pakka Commercial, starring Gopichand and Raashi Khanna. Sathyaraj, Rao Ramesh and Saptagiri too essay important roles.

With only month’s time left for Pakka Commercial to hit theatres (on July 1), the makers plan to amp up the promotional activity in the weeks to come. Earlier today, the team announced the launch date of the film’s second single, Andaala Raashi - June 1. Named after the film’s female lead, the song is a hep, peppy party number, going by the announcement poster.

Jakes Bejoy has scored the music for the entertainer. The title song, lyricised by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry, received good responses from music buffs a weeks ago. The teaser showcased Gopichand in a stylish avatar and promised wacky humour in abundance. Pakka Commercial has already wrapped its shoot and the post-production formalities are progressing at a brisk pace.

Bunny Vaas is producing the film under GA2 Pictures and UV Creations. Leading producer Allu Aravind is the presenter. Karm Chawla is the cinematographer while S P Udbhav is the editor. Raveendar handles production design and SKN is the co-producer. Pakka Commercial is rumoured to be a remake of Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2.
