Actress Sanvikaa has been associated with Panchayat since its inception. The first season released in 2020, followed by its second part in 2022. Cut to now, Sanvikaa is gearing up for the OTT premiere of Panchayat 3 on Amazon Prime Video. Ahead of that, the actress told a tabloid about getting stereotyped because of her 'dusky complexion'. Sanvikka revealed she gets similar roles to the ones she has played in the past.

In an interview with Mid-Day, Sanvikaa said stereotyping has continued for her even after the success of her hit web show franchise, Panchayat.
"The roles I get are similar to the ones I have played. Perhaps, that’s due to my dusky complexion. In the industry, if you are dusky, you are offered characters who belong to the middle-class or lower-middle-class background. This stereotyping existed earlier, and continued to exist even after the release of Panchayat," the actress said.
However, the Panchayat 3 actress considers herself to be beautiful. Considering the audience's love, Sanvikaa now feels comfortable in her skin.
Sanvikaa praises Panchayat 3 co-star Neena Gupta
In the same conversation, Sanvikaa heaped praise on her Panchayat 3 co-star Neena Gupta. They play a mother-daughter duo in the series. Talking about the way Gupta performs in Panchayat, Sanvikaa mentioned, "If the director wants her to say a dialogue in a different way, she is able to swiftly switch her delivery to meet the requirement."
The actress added that she has learned different ways to modulate and express the same dialogue from her. Having said that, Panchayat 3 will drop on Amazon Prime Video on May 28, 2024.
