Kay Kay Menon-Karan Tacker's Special Ops 2.0 is scheduled for JioHotstar release right after Criminal Justice: A Family Matter comes to an end. A source confirmed the same to FilmiBeat by stating, "While Criminal Justice: A Family Matter will have a blockbuster grand finale episode in the first week of July 2025, Special Ops season 2 is expected to release following the culmination of Pankaj Tripathi's web series." The exact release date for the series remains unknown, but the trailer is expected to be out in the next few days.
The makers have a lot more planned for Special Ops 2.0. They plan to go the Criminal Justice season 4 way for Kay Kay Menon-Karan Tacker's show, too.
