Parambrata and Piya’s wedding: The bride undergoes surgery the very next day

Soon after Parambrata Chatterjee and Piya Chakraborty tied the knot on Monday, the bride had to rush to the hospital. It was an acute pain that she was suffering and was under a lot of medications. However, she is doing fine now. 

Parambrata and Piya were married on Monday. Friends and family members gathered at Bhowanipore House for a small reception. However, at midnight, Piya had severe pain in her back and waist. She was admitted to a private hospital in Dhakuria on Tuesday afternoon. Her kidney stone was detected a few days back. The pain came from there. Piya shared a post on social media hinting about her condition. 

The family decided to have the surgery the day after the wedding. It was done in the evening and went on for an hour. It finished at 8.30 pm. Piya is stable now. It is not yet known when she will fully recover. It depends on her condition when she will go back to Parambrata's house. The doctor will come on Wednesday and decide about that.
