It seems like today is all about Imtiaz Ali and his next directorial venture, Amar Singh Chamkila. The filmmaker, in association with Netflix, has finally shared the first trailer of the movie after making fans wait for close to a year after releasing the first look. The movie stars Diljit Dosanjh as the titular character alongside Parineeti Chopra, who plays Amarjot Kaur, Chamkila's wife, in the film. Both actors were in Mumbai today to launch the trailer for the film. It was a grand event that also had music maestro AR Rahman and Imtiaz Ali in attendance. There was a lot that caught the attention of audiences, from the live performances to the trailer and Diljit and Parineeti singing together. But it was one rumour that got the most attention—that of Parineeti being pregnant.
