In September this year, Bollywood diva Parineeti Chopra married politician Raghav Chadha in a big fat Punjabi wedding. Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra, Manish Malhotra, Sania Mirza, Harbhajan Singh, and Aditya Thackeray were among those who attended the traditional ceremony. This wedding was captured in detail by several media outlets. Two months have passed by since the grand wedding took place. While all seems fine in the life of a newlywed couple, Parineeti Chopra has said that all is not fine.

Parineeti Chopra gives a stern message to social media misusers

Taking to Instagram today, Parineeti Chopra gave a stern message to those putting out her fake quotes praising other artists. She said, “I am seeing fan clubs put out quotes in favour of their artists, using my name. These are fake. I have given no interviews/quotes about anyone, congratulating them or appreciating them. I am watching and will be reporting against you. Also - get your facts checked first! A little Googling never hurt anyone (smile emoji).”

Parineeti Chopra’s professional front

Recently, Parineeti headlined the movie ‘Mission Raniganj’ opposite actor Akshay Kumar. The movie was about a rescue mission of trapped mine workers in West Bengal. Though the film did not perform well theatrically, it still managed to earn praise from a wide range of movie critics.

Her next film is not yet known. Reports suggest that Parineeti Chopra will next star in Imtiaz Ali's Amar Singh Chamkila opposite Diljit Dosanjh. The filming will begin on December 11 and will be shot over a span of two months. For the unfamiliar, the movie will be based on the life of Amar Singh Chamkila – who was a songwriter, musician, and composer.

On the personal front, Chopra cherishes a tight-knit connection with her family. While renowned for her amiable rapport with the media, Chopra has been discreet when it comes to divulging details about her romantic involvements.
