Parineeti Chopra makes her web series debut opposite Tahir Raj Bhasin - All you need to know

After the success of her last project Amar Singh Chamkila opposite Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti Chopra is all set to make her web series debut. The actress, who has already made her OTT debut many times, will be seen in a thriller show co-starring Tahir Raj Bhasin among others. Here's everything you wanted to know about it...

A thriller-mystery web series led by Parineeti Chopra-Tahir Raj Bhasin

Netflix has left one-and-all excited with a new announcement. Parineeti Chopra has been cast for the yet-to-be titled series alongside Tahir Raj Bhasin. The latter is known for his work in the genre, courtesy Yeh Kaali Kaali Aankhen (out with two seasons now).

Parineeti Chopra's debut web series

The yet-untitled series marks Parineeti's debut in the web show space. Parineeti has already made her OTT debut numerous times with her movies but this is her first venture into a web series. It is to be noted that the debut comes days after Shah Rukh Khan announced his web series debut with Aryan Khan’s Ba***ds of Bollywood.

Other names associated with the web series

Not just Parineeti and Tahir, the series tells the tale of four men and four women. It could end up having a romantic twist but for now, the genre is thriller. The series also stars Soni Razdan, Anup Soni, Jennifer Winget, Sumeet Vyas, Harleen Sethi and Chaitanya Choudhry. All the actors have prior experience in the genre, either on the OTT or TV space. In fact, they became known faces after working in the genre (Jennifer in Beyhadh and Anup in Crime Patrol to name a few).

When and where to watch the series?

While the makers (director Rensil D’Silva or producer Siddharth P Malhotra) have not confirmed the release date for the series, this untitled show will be out on Netflix. The announcement sure comes as a pleasant surprise.
