Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha wedding: Mehendi ceremony begins, relative start to arrive at Kapurthala house

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding is among one of the most awaited events this year. The pre-wedding festivities have begun and now, their mehendi functions have started. Parineeti and Raghav’s relatives have started to arrive for the mehendi at Raghav’s Kapurthala house. The function takes place on Tuesday and is attended by close friends and families of the couple.

Parineeti in Delhi from Sunday

Parineeti had arrived in Delhi on Sunday. She has been busy with the wedding preparations since. Parineeti and Raghav performed the Ardaas ceremony, followed by a Shabad Kirtan. They are expected to leave for Udaipur after two days. Their wedding in Leela Palace will be a grand two-day affair. They will tie the knot on September 24.

Recent reports suggest that Parineeti’s cousin, global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas, will be a part of the wedding. She will also bring her baby girl Malti Marie Chopra to the big fat Indian wedding. However, Nick Jonas might have to skip the big day because he has concerts with Jonas Brothers on both September 23 as well as September 25.

Parineeti and Raghav’s wedding card was leaked on the internet. According to the information provided in that, after Raghav’s sehrabandi, his baaraat head towards the wedding venue from 2 pm at Taj Lake Palace on September 24. The jaimala is expected to take place at 3.30 pm, pheras at 4 pm and the vidai will happen at 6 pm.

Apart from the wedding, Parineeti and Raghav have also planned a 90s themed party. The theme of the wedding, though, is ‘A Pearl White Indian Wedding.’

Engagement in Kapurthala house too

Parineeti and Raghav had also got engaged in his Kapurthala house. Parineeti flew down to Delhi and so did Priyanka. Parineeti and Raghav exchanged rings on May 13, thus making their relationship official.
