Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s pre-wedding preparations began on September 17. They got engaged earlier in the year, on May 13. Parineeti and Raghav are expected to tie the knot on September 24 and they are currently busy with the pre-wedding in Delhi. Parineeti and Raghav were spotted twinning in blue as they left for the pre-wedding on September 17.

Which pre-wedding festivities are being held?

Parineeti joined Ragahav for an Ardaas ceremony, followed by a Shabad Kirtan. For the uninitiated, Ardaas is a customary Sikh prayer while Shabad Kirtan is a rendition of devotional songs and hymns which are often crooned ahead of the wedding festivities. Currently, Parineeti and Raghav are hosting an intimate get-together for close family members. According to a report on Hindustan Times, they have fun activities planned, among which one is a cricket match which is Chopras vs Chadhas. They will then head to Udaipur for the big fat wedding.

Parineeti-Raghav’s wedding

Parineeti and Raghav are set to get married on September 24. The wedding destination is Hotel Leela Palace in Udaipur. They will then host their reception at the Taj Lake Palace.

For her roka, Parineeti had donned a Manish Malhotra ensemble. Thus, it won’t be a big surprise if she turns a bride wearing the designer’s special collection. This could also be possible because Parineeti has been visiting Manish Malhotra’s house a lot since even rumours of her engagement commenced.

Wedding card goes viral

Ahead of their wedding, Parineeti-Raghav’s wedding card went viral. Their upcoming wedding was described as ‘Pearl White Indian Wedding.’ The couple has reportedly also planned tourist activities for their guests and as one can expect, the security at the place will be extremely strict about the rules (which will most likely include the no phones policy).
