Harish Kalyan, who was hitherto seen in chocolate boy roles, is seen in an intense avatar in the film. The arguments and the fights between a tenant and a landlord are something that happens on a regular basis. Many have lauded the trailer for addressing the very crucial issue of parking in the film.
